Refund and Cancellation Policy
Class and Workshop Refunds
All class and workshop sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once a class registration is completed, except in the rare event that Nikki Tran Aesthetics cancels the class or workshop.
If a class is canceled by Nikki Tran Aesthetics, you will have the option to receive a full refund or apply your payment toward a future class.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a class or workshop:

Notice Provided 7 Days or More Before Class Date: You may request to transfer your registration to a future class of equal value. One-time transfer only.

Notice Provided Less Than 7 Days Before Class Date: No transfers, credits, or refunds will be given due to the commitment of resources, preparation of materials, and limited seating availability.
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Nikkitranedu@gmail.com
Missed Classes
Failure to attend a class or workshop without prior written notice will result in forfeiture of your registration fee.
Changes by Nikki Tran Aesthetics
We reserve the right to make changes to class content, dates, instructors, or locations as necessary. In the event of any significant changes, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible.
